The upper management is disgraceful, they walk around in suits but they fail to recognize why they are able to afford these things. Some managers and supervisors need training on how to deal with employees. Favoritism is an understatement, they're disgusting for that, you're quicker to get ahead if you're a liar and you tell the right people these lies. I have had managers try to pin people against each other and not in the competitive way that nurtures growth. Individuals with several HR complaints get promoted. The nastiest thing is the bugs and when you report them, they're all hush hush about it. Only go here if you have no other choice and even then make it quick. A LOT OF UNDERHANDED BUSINESS PRACTICES.
