Good pay but prepare to have no life outside of work. Co workers are cool but management and higher ups are a cancer to the work place. If you’re looking for good pay this is the place but you will hate every second of it.

The area I work is quite easy. I process incoming deposits from businesses and banks and I bag money…LOTS OF IT! It’s repetitive, but super easy. I enjoy it very much!Coworkers…some are nice, some are not! But that’s like every workplace. Our manager M and our Supervisor J are amazingly nice! I can see myself retiring from this place.

Its a good company. Pay isnt the greatest but benefits are there. 4 on 4 off and 3 on 3 off type of schedule. Support from operations manager is there.

What is the best part of working at the company?People I worked with. And meeting interesting travellers from actors to sports. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?The management. They get pressured. So then they yell or make us try to move fast. Not consistent, changes constantly

Your schedule can change in a dime. The managers can’t do anything as they’re not union. Trying to stay consistent is difficult as things change constantly. It’s partly the nature of the job and atmosphere but also the lack of leadership from upper management. Be aware that coming into work, doing your job, going home, isn’t typically how it goes.

They do not care about employee safety. Pay is extremely low for what they expect. Turnover is extremely high so it's likely if you work here any more than a couple months, you will likely be the only one left. The union also is paid off by the company and will not help you.

I was a casual at the peterborough branch for a few years then finally got full time status. until the layoffs started. I got a pay increase, benefits and a pension. Things were going well until the layoffs happened. Management has no clue how to operate a business. HR is not to be trusted. They will throw you under the bus. They have gone through an abundant amount of supervisors and managers that I cant remember their names. When you work nights most of the work you will be on your knees doing atms and night safes and carrying around giant cash parcels and coin. The union always seemed to always look after the senior employees. The trucks are awful. They would always break down. The A/C would never work in the summer and you would freeze in the winter when the heat wouldn't work. The branch itself is full of garbage. There is dirt everywhere. They would never clean. Everything is broken and being held together with elastics. Especially the trucks. The computer programs they use are from the 90's. You will never be full time on days...not without at least over 25 or more years of full time status and that never happens when nobody ever retires from there. Hardly anyone uses cash anymore so there is no job security at all. Needless to say I left this disaster and have found something else. I would not recommended working for this company.
