How long do they call you for the Final Interview after the Brief Consultation?

After the phone interview, it will usually take between 5 to 15 days to complete the recruitment process.
They handed out interview times after testing, so far as I can tell the brief interview was pointless. They knew who they were interviewing before asking your availability. Why not just call out the names like you do the first ro rounds and save us all some time? Even if you pass the tests you may not get a real interview.

It was a very short time - weaker less
It could take from 1 month to 6 months depending on the required documents presented including the police clearance
