It was okay
Everything else was okay except the Management. There were some flaws in their approach towards their employees.From 2008 to 2013 the company was flourishing. As soon as their management level was flawed, it looked really weak.

They do give you hours
"We stay with a minimum wage pay scale because there will always be someone willing to work for it" <--- exact words spoken to me by someone in upper management. The supervisory level is worth it less than front line. You get little support from your branch, if any at all, yet you are expected to perform at a high level regardless. The union offers no support. The clients WILL overreach and the company WILL allow it. If you're working on the front line, you'll be lucky to be told what you're going to be doing ahead of time. Always bring your jacket (if they even give you one) because odds are you will never be told you have an outdoor post.
