On the surface it seems like a great culture because that is all they talk coach coach... but reality is... same as any other large corporation. Lots of internal politics and favortism... who do you know or who are you related to!? At the end of the day... the culture is on paper and nothing else

At the time I was there, each staff gets 2 complete pairs of prescription glasses each calendar year. By the time I left, that changed to much less.

FYi's company culture is all about the patients. I agree with having great customer service, but they could focus a little more on the employees and making them feel appreciated as well.

An interview with two managers about why I wanted to work for them. They were laid back but asked many questions. The attire is business casual. Black dress pants, boots, and a long sleeve sweater would do.

VERY little to no feedback given although it is preached constantly. If you give honest feedback to those above, as asked, it is used against you . Keep your mouth shut.
Feedback surveys are given out and said to be kept anonymous....dont believe this. Top management does not allow those same surveys to be anonymous so the feedback given is never honest or worthwhile. Who would even say anything negative about an executive knowing full well that they will see who said it!!??

Have enough staff so everyone isn't dead at closing

If the customers enjoy the staff member, you should consider keeping them
