The staffs are rude, practicing favoritism, assigned work to their people or the ones who are their friends. For about three months since I registered and interviewed, I had only one assignment for 8 hours. The place is a joke, waste of time and a racquete.
The management is disorganized and lost my application initially, I had to chase after them to even find this out. Then, when they completed my second application, misgendered me constantly even when corrected and I wasn't even paid on time because they never even addressed with me how much I would be making or when/how I would be paid. They pay barely over minimum wage and send you to the most hostile and unsafe positions in the field with no training or preparation. I'm leaving as soon as I can find anything else.
A typical day at work would be very busy and productive. I have learned how to manage my time and schedules. Everyone is very helpful. The hardest part of the job is when inadequate info about a duty that need to be performed. I enjoyed every aspect of the job.
Front Line is a Hiring Agency. They offer "Monday to Friday, 9-5", but that's not what you get. Shifts come and go on a first come, first serve basis. You definitely need a second or third job when working for this company.
I was constantly sent to various placements with no long term commitments. None of which paid very well. The staff or management tried to keep you at a placement, but was never guaranteed. The hardest part would be waking up to find out there was no work availible. The most enjoyable part was if you were at a place long enough to get to know anyone.
