Really good money bad culture
Delivery Driver (Ancien employé) - Calgary, AB - 24 janvier 2023
I quit not because of the work that was needed but because of poor route management, increasing hours, and a toxic work culture. Do not expect any breaks even if you are working over 10 hours that day. Shifts will be back to back and will never be consistent. The workers here are great however and the pay is really high with good benefits. Be prepared to lose any social life

Not worth it
Sales Representative (Employé actuel) - Ottawa, ON - 16 janvier 2023
You'll be run ragged in a thankless, unappreciative environment with constant micromanagement. Every year you stay will be worse than the year before it. Workplace safety exists only on paper, but not in practice. Lots of injuries requiring time off. A culture that focuses entirely on numbers and does not care about the human side of business. There's a reason for the massive amount of turnover for a job with relatively good pay and benefits.
Points positifs
Decent pay and decent benefits, pay comes in on time for the most part
Points négatifs
Micromanagement, loss of independence, long hours, the EXPECTATION of free labour from Pepsico is soul devouring

Top employer in Canada
Delivery Specialist (Employé actuel) - Ancaster, ON - 21 septembre 2022
A good employer to work for, good benefits and solid pay. Hours are flexible, and the job tasks arent too demanding. Good opportunity to move up if that's your goal.

Good place for Full-Time Students
Product Merchandiser (Ancien employé) - Lower Mainland, BC - 14 septembre 2022
Good place for students to earn income during weekends. Would not recommend staying long term, will take a toll on physique if not exercise often. Should always stretch prior to shifts.

Good job for students
Sanitation (Ancien employé) - Lévis, QC - 13 septembre 2022
You work 12hours a week somewhere in the weekend (they change the weekend schedule often). Hardest part of the job: Very physical work and you're under a lot of heat depending on your work place. Pros: Free chipsSalary Cons: Everything else Overall review: Not a great experience

An ok job
Warehouse Technician (Ancien employé) - Cambridge, ON - 1 septembre 2022
Worked here for 5 years as a warehouse tech. Shift supervisors constantly come and go, usually don't last more than a year. Pay is good overall along with benefits once you qualify. Nice that they have 3 - 12 hour shift option. Not a bad place but not great, no work life balance.
Points positifs
Pay
Points négatifs
Shift supervisors, No work life balance

Great flexibility in hours but horrible pay
Route Sales Representative (Ancien employé) - Vegreville, AB - 13 juillet 2022
Has great benefits and gives a lot of flexibility for those with a busy home life. Unfortunately while product prices go up, there seems to be annual pay cuts in the commission sales reps receive.
Points positifs
Flexible hours
Points négatifs
Regular pay cuts

Just a typical warehouse
Warehouse Worker (Employé actuel) - Alberta - 31 mai 2022
Raises are few and far in between, you’re just another number more often than not. You often times need to be overqualified for a position, just to make the bare minimum of competitive pay rates in the industry.
Points positifs
Plenty of hours, management is usually easy going
Points négatifs
Pay is bare minimum of competitive, rarely see a raise.

Great company to work for
Merchandising (Employé actuel) - Brampton, ON - 26 mai 2022
One of the best compney you’ll ever work for. The supervisor supports us in every possible way, salary and benefits are good too! Also if you like working alone and you’re good at managing your time - Merchandising is the job for you.
Points positifs
pay good
Points négatifs
long hours

Don't consider a long career here.
CSR - Customer Service Representative (Ancien employé) - Grande Prairie, AB - 16 mai 2022
This company's management system will treat you like a piece of meat. Work you 18-20 hours a day and find a way to get rid of you the minute you complain. I worked here for 5 years and this company's insatiable need for extra labor drove me to a full scale nervous breakdown. Which they fired me for. Pay was good, but not worth the horrific, toxic, and exploitative nature of the company.
Points positifs
decent pay.
Points négatifs
Will literally crush your soul and destroy your personal life.

Not as advertised
Part- Time Line Technician (Ancien employé) - Scarborough, ON - 13 mai 2022
Expected full-time line technician role to find people quit within the first week. If you're a student looking for part-time work great. As a retail support center, I expected multiple orders to be completed until shift completion. You only get an alotment and when you're done you're done. We were told that after probation benefits were given; we find out we remain as part-time. Everyday people call in; always calling on your days off for help. And Management will grind the workload to your bones. False promises, weak pay and pushy "managers." I guess that's why people take reduced hours.

Physically demanding, semi flexible work place with decent pay/ benifits
Warehouse Technician (Ancien employé) - Cambridge, ON - 11 mars 2022
FritoLay/ PepsiCo was a good job to help me save for school. After your interview, they assign your position and shift when attending orientation. Unfortunately, you do not have much say in the matter. I was assigned to work in DRP, where my experience was adequate. Workplace culture wasn't fantastic; there was quite a bit of drama, however this is to be expected at most jobs. While work is strenuous, there is much worse out there. Pay is good for what it is. Other departments were paid better for what I would consider easier work from my time spent on overtime shifts there. I worked very hard despite knowing I would not be staying and unfortunately was hardly recognized by management due to a disconnect between managers and employees. Regardless, my interactions with management were pleasant when they occurred. Perks include frequent free chips in the lunchroom to enjoy on break, free lunches for breaking department records (and sometimes on holidays), and the ability to move around within the warehouse after a year. Overtime is plentiful at times, usually around the holidays. Promotions are available to those who give 100% every single day and have a good relationship with supervisors/ management.
Points positifs
Potential for advancement, decent pay
Points négatifs
Physically demanding, workplace drama

Worst management
Warehouse Order Picker (Ancien employé) - Surrey, BC - 22 février 2022
If u really wanna get fired for something u did like months ago and all of sudden u will get written warning for it. If you get injured at work get ready to be fired ASAP. Management is worst as they will push you to stay for long hours and work pressure will get you mentally stressed If you get sick or personal emergency, you must be ready to tell your full situation and if you don't… prepare for revenge coming on you The company where i see 2 people step down within 3 months from their senior positions coz of stress and pressure by company
Points positifs
Good pay and benefits
Points négatifs
Everything is con except that top pro

Bust your balls hard work!
Route Sales Representative (Employé actuel) - Edmonton, AB - 20 février 2022
Used to be the best place to work. The harder you worked the more you were compensated. Times are changing. Pay rollbacks to levels from 10-15 years ago. Every time you turn around Frito lay Expects more and compensates less. More than $20,000 in commission cuts in less than 2 years. With the hours you put into the job, you will hardly make more than minimum wage. More cuts on the way. Long term irreversible damage to your body for hard repetitive work. Do yourself a favour and hard pass on Frito Lay.
Points positifs
Free stale chips.
Points négatifs
Low wages for hard work, Hard repetitive work. Long hours. Inept management. Lack of leadership, Issues are never solved, Lack of accountability through entire company. You are just a number, Old useless vehicles that will often leave you stranded, Mandatory unpaid (useless) “meetings”, Etc….etc…etc…

Great job for extra money
Customer Service Specialist (Merchandiser) (Employé actuel) - Saskatoon, SK - 7 février 2022
Awesome job if you're ok with working weekends (part-time), pays a generous amount for the type of work youre doing, and a very easy going company to work for.
Points positifs
Freedom, not micromanaged
Points négatifs
Working weekends only gets you 10 hours max

Would not recommend
Route Sales Representative (Ancien employé) - Barrie, ON - 1 février 2022
Never know how long your day is going to be. Could be 6 hours or could be 12 hours. If you live far away can make 12 hour days very long. Management does not talk to you at all.
Points positifs
Gas mileage paid for, paid weekly
Points négatifs
Can be long hours, very lonely job, sometimes not enough time to eat lunch
