Fun workplace
I'm currently a keyholder/morning shift employee at Freshii and it's a great place to work for a first job. I learned to be more responsible and how to help guests better. I enjoyed working with other employees and my manager was very nice. The most hardest part of the job was seeing my employees leave Freshii and the most enjoyable is seeing the guests enjoy eating what I made.
Corporate office provides no support to franchisees
Corporate department has no sense of direction of which way they are headed, and corporate turnover has been pretty high. Their Same store sales are not growing, and it reflects in their share price
