If you give to Four Seasons, Four Seasons will give you back too.
An excellent training ground for service and professionalism. Their standards are high and you must push yourself to be better each day. There is a great deal of support from some of the finest people in the luxury accommodation sector.

Four Seasons Group knows how to amaze not only their guest but also their entire Teams. They empower the team and gives you a great sense of trust to execute your task.
Buena cuando la realice, en su momento había una persona en RH quien tenía un carácter especial y que de acuerdo a la política de el hotel no concordaba.
Uniformes y servicio de lavandería del mismo
La distancia y los horarios prolongados.

This is a good part time job, if you don't mind the split shift hours...a morning school run, and an afternoon run. So there is about 4 hours in between to do whatever. This company only drives the smaller school bus, so a class 4 license is needed, not a class 2, which is great for people that are not interested in driving a large bus. The other thing I liked is that you keep the bus at your place...no driving back and forth to a bus lot.4 Seasons drives "differently abled" students. Some are in wheelchairs, some are non-verbal, some kids are high functioning, some are not. This takes extra time to load and unload, so there may only be 2-10 students on a route. And there is also an aide with every driver to manage the loading/unloading and keep everyone calm during the ride. If you don't want to be a driver, you can be an aide, which pays $70 per day.
Training for things like self defense and how to manage unruly, aggressive kids physically and verbally, It was also nice to be appreciated by some of the parents for transporting their child, They would give gifts at Christmas and year end.
Four Seasons is a good place to work with..I can recommend this company to people looking for a job. Working 8 hrs. with many different people and culture..I can say I was happy working with them..Though there is too much pressure eapecially during peak season but that is a part of the job..
Too much pressure..
I would recommend fourseasons hotels & resorts for anyone looking to work in nice clean place clean environment , I would proudly say fourseasons hotel all over the world since I started working in 2004 over 4 fourseasons hotels one of the most amazing places in the world

Long shifts, Sudden changes, Fast pace in City hotel and Slow pace in Resorts. Overloaded on tasks
Over promised and under delivered. 30 min break in 8 hour shift is not long enough. Struggle to plan days off and things to do because the rota is given out weekly.
I made a life long friend
The way clients treat you.
Corporate Office - North York, ON Good working environment. Free lunch everyday, you may put on a few pounds! Fast paced and some of the people are nice.
Generally everyone is usually good to each other but there are some managers that are a pain in the a--. But overall, it's who you work with that make the experience.

Thank you for your review as a current Residential Concierge and for letting us know that we're on the right track when it comes to our culture. We are sorry to hear about the challenges you have experienced with management and will be sure to share your feedback internally.
Also work place to work for. Perks were really great and they treated all fairly. I learned that you have to work hard at every point in time, don't give up.
This is an excellent place to work. Management is supportive of your aspirations and will do all in their power to help you achieve. Would recommend as an employer.
They treat their staff like they are very replaceable. The pay is poor (minimum wage) and guests pay thousands of dollars a night for a room. Place a lot of stress on workers and overtime is required, you are shamed if you don't put in the overtime. No guarantee for hours in low season, you get one shift a week and they don't care. Cheap company. Wouldn't advise working for the four seasons whistler

small team and a lot of over time. union does not serve much purpose you just get union fees deducted from your pay and also get paid less than other hotels here.
