Depends whether you're at a store or at head office. Either way, depends on who your boss is and what the politics are and at this company it's an old white boys club, especially at head office and politics can be huge depending on the department you're in. The "leadership" want to keep their position (managers, directors, GM) and not make a big splash so they end up being bystanders of problems that are considered the "right" thing to resolve that are happening right under their noses. This is a culture issue that comes from the top. If the top curbed the political garbage that leads to bullying, belittling, and conniving plots that undermine people's faces, jobs and careers, this would be an enjoyable place to work.
No one cares about the customers, other Co workers or the success of the store. Management has no idea what's going on. Not worth your time
Very friendly and respectful
Working with 10 plus guys in a 5 bay shop gets a bit tight.
Nobody likes eachother and there is always fighting
Work environment is ok if you keep the shop clean.
The culture has a lot of improvement needed, keeping apprentices from learning and gaining experience is detrimental to how a company should act.
