Stupendous work experience for any employee.
A typical day would be a constant mixture of customer service, fast pace cooking, swift inventory and ordering while keeping a polite demeanor. This job has really taught me to be on my toes at all times, our motto being, "if there's time to lean, there's time to clean", which is how I work all jobs, big or small. Both management and my peers we're amazing. Very happy to work there. The toughest part of my job is the constant shift work, meaning, 14 hour days, then opening the restaurant, resulting in 22+ hours worked in 48 hour span. Whereas the enjoyable part far outweighs the negative. The thrill of giving great customer service, and having a store to take pride in, is amazing. Even if you're not part of management, you feel that the store is partly yours, as it rightfully should be.
