A lot of work to be done to ensure team requirements as well as individual skills were nurtured properly.
Spent a lot of time coaching and creating a friendly and productive environment for everyone in the workplace.
In return my team and I were able to ensure top quality brand standard audits and secret shopper for everyone to get bonuses.
I put my career and family's health on the line to take a chance with this company. Went above and beyond. End result for myself and several other managers was termination without cause, and a struggle to get severance pay to support my family. They went far beyond the lawful requirement for paying severance. They only care about their money at the end of the day and will terminate anyone who they can replace with cheaper labour, not caring about them or the family they are trying to support. This is bottom line, the worst company I have ever workedfor.
This place is a good chain to eat at not work for. The expectations are through the roof and the company is not willing to pay. High turnover limited training and the customers all expect you to kiss the ground they walk on. It's very fast during rushes and too slow during downtime and they force you to take extra breaks to cut Labour costs.
its really fun to work there with great customer service with a smiling face. good and enjoy with our coworkers as well.
the company gave me the idea of how the customer service all about and we delivering an unsurpased guest experienece allways.
A lot can change over the course of a year. When I was employed at 5 Guys I started as a crew member and worked my way up to multi unit general manager. Naturally, I grew to love the company. What I appreciate most is that the CEO and upper management made decisions that were attainable. Got along well with corporate managers as well.
This company says things but never follow through they say they will take care of there staff but they dont. they treat people like slaves and treat them like they our not important and don't belong. The requirements they ask for are why over board and add an amount of stress that makes working there a none enjoyable experience.
Key Holder of business, responsible for all staffing, scheduling, hiring, training, inventory audits and customer service.
Management needs assistance, too many responsibilities for one person to manage on their own, especially for a high turnover fast food franchise type of business. Job would have been far more successful with trained assistant manager.
Guys I had very bad experience working with this company. I joined as a general manager but left after one month of my tenure. Their employment contract is very tricky, they can fire u any time but if u wanna quit within six month they make you pay upto $3000 as a training cost. Also don't write on your employment contract which position they are hiring for, they just put M.I.T and later on manipulate as per their business need. All restaurants are struggling with staff so very difficult to manage due to that u end up working 6 days a week and atlest 12 hour every day. Horrible
