Ferguson Neudorf Glass has been installing their project needs with their own directly employed field forces for over 30 years. During that time the installation methodologies have improved due to lessons learned, direct experience, and the advancement of equipment and technology. Many of our current field personnel have been employed for many of those years. This longevity provides us with an experienced homegrown field supervision staff and a strong experienced labour force in the field. These direct employees do not have any geographic boundaries and can travel to supplement requirements for both locally sourced or subcontracted labour forces. This combination and flexibility to grow field personnel allows Ferguson Neudorf Glass to adapt to all geographic labour market conditions and requirements. FNG will always directly supervise installations for all projects regardless of their geographic location.

Decent deadend job

Don't expect to advance or make a career out of this place, you will work repetitive production with little/no training and just sort of pick up the job as you go along. Two 15 min breaks with a 30 min lunch, day is 7-430 with overtime options. Sometimes its very slow with not much to do, sometimes its very busy. No job security

They call you a day or two before they made a new policy and they stop your contract.So no time to find alternative job.But job captains and my supervisor were totally good persons and I learned too much from them. They helped me so much. Overall Richmondhill branch is good place to work, people are very nice, you learn too much there.

They expect overtime and if you don’t they punish you by giving you horrible jobs and moving you around driving you like a sl@ve. They don’t reward hard work they continue to push you to do more with no reward or gratitude and if you don’t do more they punish you by making your day to day...

Poor management

Overtime is expected. Hard to collaborate with team members. Poor organization with projects and scope of work. Pay is definitely not matching with inflation.
