i learned a lot at this job especially the different cultures throughout the province. it was like every town could be a different country with their own culture and social activities. I learned about agriculture as well as animal husbandry. I dealt not only with manners but also boards and the directors of the co-op boards as we worked together to improve and build new stores.

Fast paced so the days go by quickly and they had a nice lunch room.

Really have to be constantly working due to they're brutal picking quota.but you meet really good people and the pay was good but they laid about 30 people off a week before xmas(:

While employed with FCL I was able to expand my skills and perform tasks I would not have had an opportunity to do in the legal profession. I worked with senior executives and enjoyed assisting them with speech writing, meeting agendas and travel itineraries. There were approx. 300 people employed in the building and it was rewarding to work for a company where everyone enjoyed going to work. There were certainly challeges involved when we were preparing for the Annual General Meeting where over 300 delegates from 4 provinces came to Saskatoon for a 4 day meeting that also had a training aspect to it.
