It was monotonous and back breaking. It was only available nights and offered 28 hours a week. It would be a decent job for a university student who wants to work without conflucting with school hours.
The pandemic taught us that FedEx values making money over the safety and health of their employees. Employees are overworked and exhausted within every department as management is pushed to micromanage employees. They expect you to use your own resources on your dime and will find every way to make your life harder. You get no respect or appreciation being an essential worker here all they care about is making money and aren't happy until they've sucked your soul.

Long hours, very fast paced and stressful. I had a health issue and I had no choice but to resign. The customers were demanding but I enjoyed my job.

it was a great experience working for the company. Staff and management were all pleasant and cooperative. I had growth within the company. Best uniforms. Would love to work for the company again
Good management, awesome team and good work culture.
Shifts are short but payment is fair, opportunity to grow and become full time.
It's a fun environment but needs attention to details
I like the environment in FedEx. Managers are supportive. FedEx is sample of togetherness. We have a great time to doing teamwork’s. I recommend sometimes the solution to any problem.
For a big company like Fedex they use out dated systems and equipment which makes your job harder

At the time I was employed at FedEx it was long hours fast pace but doable. Fun job. Run is no longer available I would join them again if there was a position available.

I find that the training could be taught better with more coaching and less reading by the book classes. Overall it is a good company to start a carrier.
Very bad management, never fix vehicles unless they collapse on the road, you get paid for 8 hour day but have to work twelve plus. Always late with pay checks, busy times are easily working fourteen hour days.
FedEx is in general an excellent employer. Good benefit package and job security. The customers are always a pleasure to interact with. You really learn to schedule your time
Very toxic Management with a harsh work-life balance. Anti-union mentality. This created no room for improvement or empowerment of employees or their ideas.
At Fedex i learned that my team are great people to work with coz we do team work. I am so grateful with these kind of people i work everyday because with them, it makes work easier.

If you are a computer, it's good. Otherwise more work less money. The boss is in the states and you never meet them. Everything is run by the US. Good to start, not good to stay.
Good company, slow to change. Many legacy programs and such that they cannot let go of. Benefits are very very good, salary is good. Culture is good. Not much advancement in I.T. other departments there is
Fedex philosophy is PSP which stand for People, Service, Profit.
They have proven time and time again that if you treat you "People" (staff) well they will deliver the "Service" therefore the company will make a " Profit". Simple but so true.
