Long hours, very fast paced and stressful. I had a health issue and I had no choice but to resign. The customers were demanding but I enjoyed my job.

Management is a joke. Its like being in Junior high. Pay and benefits are great. Co-workers are nice. But its policy and procedures are extreme and change without letting team members know
Not a fair workplace
Always busy, constant customer inquiry phone calls had to have thick skin because often times the customers get upset because there was something wrong with the shipment or it was late and they take their frustration out on you. So the ability to keep calm and carry on is most essential. Nice office building the management team was usually pleasant there was plenty of opportunities to move up within the company. Strong FedEx work culture.
Unbelievable to the point you think you're dreaming. This company actually cares for their employees daily. 2 x 50 cent raises within one year, benefits are great, employees are always happy and stress free when they don't need to be. Lots of different types of jobs from csr to pilot. Management helps you succeed always. Love it. Only problem is that everyone loves their job so much nobody quits! Reduces your chance of being promoted, especially when everything is based off seniority. Almost like a unionized company that isn't unionized.
