Mon point de vue et ta recommandation de ne pas travailler chez FedEx Freight en raison de leurs stratégies actuelles envers les chauffeurs. Je soulignes qu'il y a plusieurs aspects qui doivent être modifiés, en commençant par le directeur de l'entreprise. Selon moi, le directeur protège les sous-traitants et favorise ses amis, ce qui crée une inégalité dans le traitement des routes, du kilométrage et des avantages.Je soulèves également des préoccupations concernant le calcul incorrect du kilométrage, les routes sans règlement clair et le manque de respect envers certains sous-traitants. Il est préoccupant de constater que certains sous-traitants bénéficient de faveurs grâce à leur relation avec le directeur, tandis que d'autres sont laissés de côté. Il y a donc un manque d'honnêteté et d'équilibre dans l'entreprise.Il est compréhensible que j’espères que FedEx Freight change ses pratiques à l'avenir et apporte des améliorations significatives. Il est important que toutes les parties impliquées soient traitées de manière équitable et que les règles et réglementations soient respectées de manière uniforme

Super fun of FedEx freight,great place to spent entire day working and not seeing my ugly wife.Pay is fabulous. Upper management fantastic.I'll give them five stars.

Boring slow

Lack of management and the higher you go the more detached from reality they are. At least in the FedEx Freight in Lachine. The Operation Manager position is like a revolving door because of the lack of support from the Service Center Manager. They hire a lot of unqualified personnel and are unable to train them. It leaves 20% of the staff doing 80% of the work.

Very good place to work. Good pay and Benefits. Be sure you're in decent shape or it can get extremely challenging to last the full shift. Other than the physical requirements, it's a great place to work. Maintain a positive attitude and do the job to the best of your ability and you'll be greatly rewarded for it. This place can change your life for the better if you do well and take advantage of advancement opportunities.

Whatever, if you need a job, it’s okay. But be ready to be A FEDEX WORKER. Your social/family life will not survive. You are worked until you are fed-up (see what I did there?) part time hours conflict with working a second job, full time hours are brutal

Working here at FedEx freight for 7+ years was amazing. I learned eveytujf from day 1. Starting from agency to getting hired.It's a very good company to work for lots to do and it enjoyable and fun however you have to be willing to work and love what you do. Don't depend on yourself that this is just in for the $$$ but also depend on it as a career. Always new things to learn and environment is interesting. Wish u di not leave but I had to do what I had to do for myself and family. I recommend it.

Job is not secure. Very unprofessional manager and supervisors. Not a good place to work. Stressed and overwhelmed.Often with extra workload and not any thank you's or good jobVery stressful, supervisors are micro managing, Managers and supervisors have zero training in mental illness, employees suffering from mental illness are often looked upon as second class citizen and down and not being taken seriously as such lots of turnover.

Fedex is good but you can allways get something better 100%. Most of the forklift are damaged. In the winter is very cold cause they dont fix the doors.

Depending on your shift you will be forbidden from having a personal life regardless if you make plans for 4+ hours after your shift you will not make those plans. Afternoon shift has zero coverage for sick employees, zero training, zero management. Also the benefits look good and cover alot but cost you an arm and leg.

At FedEx Freight Dorval, bureaucracy is extremely deep in the heart of management. Supervisors and managers are so poor at leading people, initiating idea and influencing people because of their poor leadership skills and overall abilities to improve performance. They are so fearful of empowering their people to perform better, they may think that empowering and developing their people will make the management insecure and become dispensable one day! A wise man once said "If a guy works for you, don't let him get too comfortable. Don't let him get cozy or set in his ways. Always do the opposite of what he expects" This sums up the backbone of the philosophy of FedEx Freight Management.

Fedex is a very busy organization, however, Team Work Environment and Managements Skill Level that was easily past on to the Dock Associates and Supervisors, the job was very enjoyable. Day to Day, we've work hard for the Company and especially our Customers.

fedex is a great career and i enjoyed working thier. i loved my shift which is 4am to 1230pm i would be off early and i get to enjoy the rest of my day. management was great and it was a fun work environment.
