Beaucoup de possibilités d’avancement. Tu peux facilement te démarquer en tant que manutentionnaire en apprenant des tâches supplémentaires. Bon salaire pour un emploi qui demande pas trop mais ca peut être assez physique.

Great place for thugs

It seems like more of a street culture in that place than it does a business culture. Favouritism is rampant.They don't like genuinely intelligent people there. Strong anti-white sentiment as well.

good place to work

its a good place to work, sometimes was streesful its depending on the volume but in general was really easy, good leadership and management, i recommend to work here.

Great benefits. The work experience depends on the people who surround you and luckily most of the staff are extremely chill to work with. Management is supportive as well. Benefits are great & the work isn’t hard. Just tiring.

Challenging & Rewarding

Fast paced and busy sales role. Focus on growing and retaining clients. World class training and teams across the board. The brand is what created the overnight shipping industry. Battling for ground and clients between some of the bigger players is a constant issue. Cost of doing business is high and it can come down to price.

Demeaning and untrained

Horrible place to work now. Management is one sided and does not have the skills to manage groups this large. Hours have been cut and automatically gives you a bad score for performance reviews if you try to get in your full time hours.

Terrible place to work

Never work here there management is terrible , they don’t have the proper people for training and they will fire you without a warning or if they simply don’t need you anymore

Loved my time there as a dot driver..hoping I'll get full time

Loved my time there..hoping I'll get full time someday! The Medicine Hat Facility was well staffed and Organized. The lead driver did great at facilitating our needs

Just awful

Injure your back for $540 a week after tax. Commute to work for 9am, get home at 7 pm 5 times a week and somehow get paid less than 40 hours. Mandatory lunch break not paid because you can technically leave your vehicle. Strong anti union sentiment

Good company really enjoyed working here it is for anyone who likes a fast-paced job and can handle stress and multi-tasking.The environment is very friendly.

They pick favorites

Beware they pick favorites and push you to the point where they cut your hours until you quit. They tell you that you have 6 or 7 hours a day but decided to cut you down to only 4 or 4.5 hours a day. They are cheap when it comes to their money. They don't pay you enough for the hard work you do.

Easy work with great people

Nice people. Managers don't expect you to do anything unsafe - at least it feels like they care. Haven't really experienced any negativity. Sometimes you have to look busy because there are too many people for the work.

Fun workplace

Easy job but very tiring. The management is good and easy to work with. Very flexible working hours and the job tasks are easy to learn. Lots of responsibilities.

great place to work, great flexibility, helpful people and its just and easy enough job for anybody to do, everyone is accepting and nobody has a problem helping you if your stuck

It was good

It was alright. Cant complain. Had lots of smoke breaks and stuff. Guaranteed 8 hours and those hours are usually fun if you are ahead of your job as you wont have to rush towards the end of your shift.

good pay for the type of work

Fedex is a great place to work and the pay is good if you can wait a few years to get up to the job rate. The work environment in the warehouse can be dirty and cold or hot depending on the season. Management is well trained. Courier work is stressful at first but give it time, you will like it.

A Soulless Place To Waste Your Time

If you don't mind working for slightly more than minimum wage, and having customers constantly treat you like you're an unwanted janitor or garbage man, because that's how they view you, then this place is definitely for you. Unless you don't mind discarding your own self respect and dignity, take a job customer facing job here. Also, keep in mind that you will have an inexperienced 'boss' that has no real people skills, nor should be in a position of management, but simply passed a few written tests, that set the stage for their hierarchy over you, then by all means, give your time and soul to this faceless corporation.

management is friendly and understanding. pay isn't great and you have to be with the company for 5 years to even be making decent money. overtime usually always available

Fits people that enjoy outside work . Not easy job as some would believe .

Would be a better job if it were pay by productivity. No set end time to any shift which can be inconvenient. Can be overloaded with work ( work seems to flex up and down erratically )
