Fastco works hard to keep their employees happy and have demonstrated loyalty during this pandemic and flexibility. We work hard and have developed great working relationships throughout the years.
Flextime, no micro-management which increases productivity.
A typical day at work was taking phone calls and placing orders for customers. I learned how to communicate with customers on the phone, time management, learned about sales. Work place culture was constant turn over, not many people lasted.

At first the first week they hire you, its all flower and daisies. Says their looking for 2 years of experience when their looking for someone with 5+. If your new, you can’t make any errors or mistake, because even the easiest fixable problem looks like the end of the world. Apparently telling an employee he’s useless and a nuisance without showing him what and how to do it is okay...
People seem nice but not truthful, plus they have cameras and microphones everywhere. It seems open minded but not the case. Very long hours for lesser pay. Management take harsh decisions without proper calculations. Not recommended.
No job security
The fun of learning new technology with my boss in IT. Traveling to open a new branch in Calgary. Make the move of the company to Vaudreuil in the new building, but especially to follow the construction of the new construction and be involved in the server room.

Long houres and weekend.
I really like my job but it only contractual ! Really good work easy , good hours day job ! People are really nice , co worker are nice !easy going ! the manager or easy not hard ! the boss is really good person !
