Never sign an availability work sheet/schedule, as they will force you to work those days then - regardless if you have another pt employment opportunity or not: they use you and abuse their workers in this sense. As a casual pt employee you will get less than 10 hrs a week (if that) and your pay is minimum wage, so how they can force an employees hand is beyond me, but as soon as you ask questions, your head is on the chopping block.
