No one under management gets sick leave...cause they pay them so low (min wage with little to no hours - so you will always be at and or below the poverty line).
Leadership gets 5 days a year. If you go over by one day you will hear about it.
Unionized staff have to refer to collective agreements.
You are not allowed to call in sick. If you call in sick they call you back and ask you to work anyway.
