They do not prepare to know anything about you...and your working background/experience, so I would say - just wing it, as they are desperate and are now going to be under the microscope where most high ranking people will be fired for allowing the system to create the deaths during Covid-19 of our senior population.

Phone - and you'll be asked the dumbest questions by an very arrogant woman who has not looked at all at your resume! She sounds so dumb, as she also does not understand the field for which she is hiring...kept eluding to "no experience" when I've had more experience in the field than she could ever recognize (and ya...dumb HR people who can't understand how skills/abilities are translateable especially in LTC facilities, duh!).

Run they are going to show you one face and not the real one. They lie all the time and don't care about the staff or the residents. All they care about is money my advise look somewhere else to put your loved ones if you don't like your relatives put them there chances they might die before there time. Just ask them they will talk around it. The DOC's have no experience in nursing the administrator is the biggest lie of them all her goal is to get money ask the staff and you will see how bad it's gotten. 10 years ago it was a great place to work and live not now to many deaths that could of been adverted. Ask how they treat staff you will be surprised in the answers
