Casual - they have no standards.
Réponse du 26 mai 2020PSWs are treated poorly by everyone, even the laundry workers talk down to them.
Réponse du 17 août 2019Always bullied by management and told the job comes before our family md children even as a single parent . Our jobs are held over our head . Always short lf psw's which increases the work load when we already have alot on our plate fully staff.
Réponse du 16 janvier 2019Stop treating candidates like they are outsiders who have nothing of value to add; the interviews are horendous and they are looking to continue the old girls club of hiring and it is a systemic issue that continues in the 21st century (women will be hired over men 9 times out of 10...or perhaps 10 times out of 10). Diversify your workforce as in age, gender, experience, etc., and stop looking for only students to fill the positions. Value employees at all levels and stop paying minimum wage or just above minimum wage - also stop the 'CASUAL' jobs, as they are just jokes; you can get volunteers instead.

Réponse du 24 mai 2019Casual - they wear very casual clothes (think sweats...and sneakers).
Réponse du 26 mai 2020Phone - and you'll be asked the dumbest questions by an very arrogant woman who has not looked at all at your resume! She sounds so dumb, as she also does not understand the field for which she is hiring...kept eluding to "no experience" when I've had more experience in the field than she could ever recognize (and ya...dumb HR people who can't understand how skills/abilities are translateable especially in LTC facilities, duh!).
