You should dress in professional and well fitted attire. They are looking for someone who can be the face of Extendicare to the community at large (since you are the first point of financial contact for the 240 incomong residents and their families and they need to feel secure enough to hand over control of their or their loved ones finances) as well as the primary payroll and benefits contact for over 600 employees, and of course you are also the primary contact for all vendors and suppliers for the facilities as you manage when and how they get paid. Ultimately, you are the sole representative of the facility to the outside world and you are expected to look put together, polished and professional at all times.
