Service is hard to manage work life balance if you are over seeing several projects. Management expresses your concern and wants to help but little can really be done as staff if often spread thin.
There is very little connection/communication between departments which sometimes causes a disconnect or slow resolve when assisting customers.
Honestly its a great place to learn and grow in the broadcasting industry. Seriously do not regret my time here at all. It really sets you up to work for any other company in the industry. This is good because the salary is not very competitive in most support departments
