Foremen, doing the bare minimum as they make it look like they are affectingly managing while relentlessly criticizing employees in an unprofessional manner to the point every day they will be bullied to some degree and often behind their backs or alone leaving for a future surprises if they haven't already stood up for themselves.
Journeymen who are friends with foremen who are friends with project managers. who all seem to have the same greasiness about them and coincidental seem to all know each other.. As they ALL Unfairly targeting anyone!!
When the time comes for you explain why something happen,, if it ends with pointing out their inability to affectingly manage which is why things consistently need be moved or re-done You will understand.
That wouldn't be a problem but as anyone can guess, the foremen is constantly blaming the lack of progress on the employees working ability to the project manager., never mentioning more often then not the foreman is often off with the journeyman's, doing something completely unrelated to work. or the journeyman is doing nothing or off with other journeyman.
Employees who have been there long enough, all seem to know the problem is management but know the Culture that is this company now has promoted the real issues leaving many good skilled people unemployed after being poorly treated.
Foremen/journeymen's who spend more time gossiping during their work day, have got good at covering their selfs to project managers. Pm's who don't care to find out what is really going on at their sites or never doplus... anything meaningful because they are all long time friends or had been a worse foremen before then became project manager..
when millennial become managers.
Consist lack of meaningful direction or usable information is usually lost or given with hostility and arrogance or not at all. If ANYTHING goes wrong management will find a way to blame you, especially if its because of their lack of passing off information. Information which all Journeymen there call "job security" Micromanaged in the, do as your told mentality, as in like in most cases, they are clueless till much later as something gets missed, But because you did as you where told, something needs to changed and its your fault.moins
