Erin Park’s culture and work environment is unique. We believe in building relationships with our guests as well as building relationships internally. If you are looking to build a career we are very proud that within the last 12 months we have cross-trained and promoted 21 team members. These team members demonstrated their willingness to learn, high level of integrity and team work as well as their commitment to come to work everyday, on time and with a smile. The future is very bright for Erin Park. We continue to look for opportunities to build relationships with our guests and team members. Our company culture focuses on the development of our team members and to support their career growth within the Erin Park team. Unfortunately not all previous team members share in that vision.
