Clock in, review your sheets, go to your designated station, learn the movements and pieces and than calculate the amount parts you have made after the day is finished. I learned new skills with a power screw, different machines, and to be fast paced. The management was quite strict, but also kept you on track. The hardest part of my job was to learn some of the machines and what to do with the parts. The most enjoyable part was the friends I made.
