The salary as advertised is based on a 48 hour work week. If you adjust it to a normal 40 hour work week it comes to a bit over $37,500. Expect to work 6 days a week some weeks.
Work is your life
Nice management, friendly atmosphere,Well managed company, everyone responsible and obey the road rules. Flexible working hours. Easy to get days off. Some times supervisors push hard to completed assignments done on time.
Free lunch in Christmas time
Sometimes we have to work long enough

The workplace was a nice place to work in the fact that it was low stress, easy to understand and learn.
For the most part this job is good for people looking to have a few hours work per week but not looking for a full time commitment. The average work day has the employee driving cars to and from the rental area and parking them in the appropriate spaces. The team attitude is great but the management could do a lot better when interacting with the employees.
flexibility in work hours
pay is only minimum wage
You will be busy and have no personal life. i do recommend if you are new to an area and dont really have friends or family around. you will do great. They do require a degree of some kind but sometimes that can be flexible based on age and experience. The pay is a bit low for what they want your educational background to be.
free food often, fun people, good parties.
long hours, pay is a little low
Great company to work for with great respectful, understandable people from lowest to highest management level in the company. If COVID-19 did not happen I could've been working there until now. Definitely recommended.
Everything else other than the long hours.
When I say love and laghter, I mean because all of us were born and raised in the 50&60 and we had respect for our fellow workers. I loved my job with reimer, but the guys at enterprise were like family, no kidding
Poor upper management, long hours with little or no breaks, brutally cold in garage in winter, driving people around in winter on almost worn out radial tires, other employees leaving garbage behind for you to clean, no pay raises, no benefits and dealing with down right ignorant customer's. Do you see my point.
we had to look into the employees and see what the company till well and what it did badly. We took a look at compensation, benefits and their employee to manager program and implemented changes that would help it to be more attractive.
You gota get lucky with the management , either have a good team (assistant manger, branch manager and area managed) and it makes it a good environment for you . Thankfully I lucked out but if you don’t you are going to be frustrated and over worked as you work from 47 to 52 hours a week and over time is 44 hours over and not including lunches . Very long work days which sucks for having any sort of life of your own or time to recuperate. Promotions are awarded based on a matrix which is basically a ranking system of the employees in the same role as you. You put more hours you get ahead . YOU HAVE YO BE WILLING TO RELOCATE, which means you have to be ready to pack up and move in order to get ahead as it all depends on where openings are . They have a hire within philosophy but unfortunately if you recently graduated and want to do something in head offices you can’t unless you go through their steps of being a management trainee, doing this big exam called a MQI and then assistant manager which is honestly you working the same as branch manger and they put it 60 hours a week ! And get base salary plus commission . Very much a boys club , can get sexist at times. Not a job I would recommend unless you are passionate about sales/ making money and can put those hours in. You can do so much more with a university degree as that is the base requirement to apply . Good thing Is you will get benefits after 3 months and it’s decent and you have rrsp contributions and they will match up to 3%
Be prepared to be expected to stay late and then get blamed when you work more than 40hrs, at their request. You will be pulled away from your desk for management to talk to you about nonsense and then get mad at you for not having the ability to complete the task requested. It's a Catch-22 working for AR management. They say one thing to your face and then the complete opposite to other department managers in the office. It was a very negative place to work.
Great Pay and Benefits
