good job relax
Good place but not good for new guy, alway no load. Maybe the bad economy right. No load no money for truck driver. Good equipment, but a year contract with company you can not leave

There trucks are top notch. Safety in mind
But they preach about safety about the people aspect but it is All BS. They are more concerned about getting on time on pickup and delivery. They don't care if you are tired. Hours are to irregular.

Overall good company to work with
Better than any company I have worked before. Sometimes you have to switch to day and nights. Good and maintained equipment. Mostly going to dedicated customers, so don’t have to worry much about layovers.

Great place
Elgin Motor Freight is a great place to work. The wages are ok I only wish the pay was a bit better. The equipment is top notch and maintenance is also top notch. Disbatch is outstanding, very helpful. My co-workers are second to none they are always willing to help. Upper management are easy to talk to.

Good to work for
Very good to work for, especially for newer drivers just starting in the industry. The days can be long, and there will be times you will be out on the road overnight, but they pay OK, and are willing to teach you.
