Very open, and fun. Everyone here is very helpful and understanding. It is a very big office and everyone has their own desk/space. There is large lounge areas, and a kitchen stoked with snacks and drinks for all employees to enjoy!!
Timelines and targets. Teams are given targets and timelines based on a fully functioning department, however a majority of the departments are lacking personnel which is the biggest cause of the stress.
More structure is needed, the company is going into a transition phase from startup to corporate. They need to plug all the necessary holes to avoid discrepancies.
The few coworkers you have that aren’t going to throw you under the bus was the only decent thing about Eden Park. Management on the other hand is full of awful people, favouritism is huge here. Most of the people that work here are miserable. This company was once fun to work for, now they are greedy money hungry pigs. Beware of management !
