Réponse du 1 mai 2019A better job offer at a place where they use your talent and expertise and praise you for excellent customer service and don’t shame you. Where they lift you up instead of crushing you.
Réponse du 12 avril 2019They try to be flexible in the hours they provide but they are not family friendly. Good hours for young adults or empty nesters but not for people with families. There is no work/life balance. You have to use Personal needs time when children are ill or a vacation day. They penalize you for too many sick days which they as a company cause you to burn out.

Réponse du 11 novembre 2020No existent. You are only told when and if you do something wrong never told when you are doing good. Coaching session are maybe once or twice a year at the start to discuss last years goals and this years and then end of year to discuss absences etc.

Réponse du 11 novembre 2020The future is not too bright. With demutualization comes the possibility of more job loss and loss of really talented people because they are undervalued and under appreciated. Also with demutualization comes the possibility of being bought out by a bigger company and folding local offices.
