Loss of focus on Customers and Employees

Newly formed company with a lot of growing pains. Company is more focused on ROI than on delivery excellence, customer experience or employee satisfaction. With the focus on ROI, layoffs are a monthly, if not weekly occurrence. With constant job loss, remaining staff have to take on ever increasing work loads with no salary increase, promotion or advancement.
Culture is to take on more work, regardless of impact to personal life and work hours.
From personal perspective, there was not a lot of focus or effort on wage equity or advancement of women into senior positions.
Several years of wages being frozen in order to help increase shareholder returns. Any bonuses were very limited and that were available were of a very low monetary value. Regardless of the spin the company would like to put on it, there were forced rankings for employee reviews. Only so many employees in each department could be ranked with a specific performance level.
DXC Technology is putting effort into more automation and to be an industry leader in Agile and Digital advancement. But, at what cost?
