Worked at this restaurant for 2 summers while on break from school. First summer was not nearly as busy as second. Owner made lots of improvements to restaurant, developed the menu and made it more beautiful. Many more customers the second summer, kitchen got larger and staff nearly doubled. If you want to work hard, and make money in the summer this is a great place. There are tourist buses being dropped off infront of the restaurant every hour, you work very hard because its always busy in summer. The owner is nice, and tries to make everything perfect for the customers. I have learnt a lot from working here, how to properly serve, how to handle problems, how to be more confident.
