Churn and burn

No training was provided. Management was unprofessional and unhelpful. Constructive feedback was not given. Covid protocols were never followed. Very, very fast-paced, but no guidance and nothing for new employees to reference when unsure. The regional manager was often on her phone or doing her laundry in the back during busy times.

worst place to work

fellow employees were good people and i had fun working with them but the management absolutely sucked!!! would have only 2-4 people working on a friday or saturday rush, overworked constantly and managers would never work, never got a day off if you asked/booked it off, i was still getting paid minimum wage after 2 years of being there, and a bad bug problem including ants in the pepperoni

You do not get treated like a person

We are given our schedule on Sunday night and it starts on Monday morning so you have no time to work out your life around the schedule. On top of that you are not allowed to switch shifts under any circumstances and are not given any reason other than "schedule is made it cannot be changed". On top of that the general manager gets angry and yells at you when you try to provide valid critic of the work environment (and how toxic it is) and any personal conflicts are not dealt with. On top of this management makes the schedule based off of who their favourite is for that week which means that only one person is getting any hours.

Worst place to work

This place will work you so hard on minimum wage the management teams don’t care about you what so ever you have to do everything and they sit back and do absolutely nothing I would never recommend anyone to this job

You’re just a number

They don’t genuinely care about their employees, they put their customers first in any situation they would rather give them free pizza then make you feel comfortable. I’ve been yelled at and called horrible names and still they give them free food. Drivers are not supposed to do anything but deliver its part of their contract but they still make the drivers clean and do dishes and if they don’t they fire them for not listening. When I was first hired at Dominos they had different owners ones that cared for us and treated us like family, these new owners didn’t even introduce themselves and they cut all management benefits and fired all the old general managers and replaced them with new ones the managers they fired had been working at Domino’s for 5+ years one had even been there for 20 years and they still did not care about anything they had to offer to the company. I would not recommend working somewhere where you aren’t cared for or valued.

Productive and fun

Great place to work but always make sure you yet along with your co workers. Great part time job. Although it is not a job you can live on unless you are a full time manager.

Work was not related to job title. Poor communication and unprofessional people

The job title is Customer Service Representative. Yet I only got to actually interact with customers for a few shifts. Most of the time I was making pizzas, which if I had known earlier, I wouldn't have taken the job. The staff are very uninclusive. Did not feel welcome there one bit. As a matter of fact, I felt the opposite of welcome. Managers had poor communication and messed up my schedule often. The nicest people there were the customers. If you aren't good at fast-paced jobs, DO NOT apply here, you're not doing yourself a favour, it's very hard to pick up. Not to mention the horrible COVID-19 precautions. No one wore a mask and rarely washed their hands.

Unsatisfying work with no recognition

Good place for students but the work is not rewarding. It’s very busy at times and although you might have been promised lots of hours, as soon as it gets quiet, you will get sent home. Lots of favouritism on shift scheduling. Don’t expect to be recognized for doing good work but you will be told about everything you do wrong. Most of the staff are not very friendly, probably because they know you won’t be there for very long. Job posting says staff pizzas, what they mean is that there’s a discount, there is no free pizzas. This is a work place for while you are in school. Nothing more

Great learning environment to grow your skills in a fast paced workplace.

I have worked at two Domino's locations, both which have given me very different experiences. Before working here, I had never had a job. The staff that trained me were very understanding and helped me to work in a stressful and extremely fast paced environment. Most of the staff are friendly and kind! Especially the drivers I have worked with. You also get trained at everything in the store and there are many opportunities to advance into higher job positions. Dominos also makes it fun to do upsell competitions and compete with other Dominos locations in Cambridge for the number 1 spot! The one thing I have appreciated the most about working here is that when I have needed time off at all (for school or other reasons) it has always been respected. One thing that I found frustrating was switching locations and not receiving tips anymore.

Lack of professionalism, management is poor, instore politics is too high

The working environment in the store was not good at all, management is dominating, very much bossy attitude, you never get you shift according to the schedule, they will call when ever they call, and if you fail to show up, less hours from next week,

Good Working environment.

It was a great day and working with management had a good experience. I learnt many new things and there was a relax working environment. The hardest part of the job was sometimes we had to work fastly which is very enjoyable to had conversation with different people.

Fun, productive and busy

Busy fast pace environment. Very diverse. Majority speak English . Customers are okay and not rude. Good tips. People are overall nice. Management is not good and needs improvement towards employees. Place is clean and tidy. Wages are not so good.

All is well in the end

Focus basically on productivity, sometimes quality doesn't matter at all. But in the end everything was great. Alone to manage the store and inventory.

Unprofessional

The manager has favorites. If you’re sucking her A s. S then you’ll get good hours and maybe even get promoted. But if you start s leeping with her then you’ll get best hours. Management from manager to supervisor’s s leep with drivers. Horrible environment. Toxic people. Team Cap

I miss working here.

Domino’s is probably my favourite place I’ve worked. Some days are long and busy, but managers try their absolute best to get you out of there as soon as possible after a long day. The culture is relaxed, even when it is stressful. You could be making 200 pies an hour and still be cracking jokes on the make line and laughing with customers. Their policy of “apologize, make it right and give something extra” always makes customers happy, and it makes me happy to be able to handle problems without having to call a manager everytime. Every one of my managers ave been sad to see me leave, and promises me that I always have a home there.

Easy to work

This location has great specials and the staff are very friendly. Compared to other larger fast pizza chains, I would say this Dominoes is very good, definitely my choice out of all the choices at this price point. Pizza are made fresh and they do not stinge on the toppings! Overall fast from order to finished, I would recommend this Dominoes if you are in the area.

I really liked working at Dominos, the employees were like family and so were the customers sometimes very busy but easy when you are used to the rush

Workplace culture was good. I learned alot there . Improve my hardworking and leadership skill. Good management at 2workplace. Getting good hours as per skills.
