One-on-one conversations is the most common form of feedback. If there is a serious issue, a verbal or written warning may be used, but usually only for Safety concerns or if someone breaks the site or company rules. Otherwise it's just a conversation between the supervisor and the employee.
Feedback is delivered by negativity, ridicule, deception and layoff. Don't trust there management team
Management feedback is constructive and delivered in a timely fashion generally on a one on one basis.
