Raises are negotiated annually at the review for office staff. Apprentice wages are dependent on level - there is an increase in wage with each level completed. Then a raise for journeyman, lead hand, and foreman.

Employee will usually get a raise based on performance. Raise occurs after the annual performance review.
Raises what raises. If they pay you more in which never happens they will lay you off first
Raises never happen because Division 15 management makes you feel quality about your poor work performance.
