Raises are negotiated annually at the review for office staff. Apprentice wages are dependent on level - there is an increase in wage with each level completed. Then a raise for journeyman, lead hand, and foreman.

Most of the office works normal core office hours, with some starting closer to 7 and some starting closer to 9. Field depends on the site and on demand, but mostly 6:30-2:30 or 7-3, with overtime as required.

One-on-one conversations is the most common form of feedback. If there is a serious issue, a verbal or written warning may be used, but usually only for Safety concerns or if someone breaks the site or company rules. Otherwise it's just a conversation between the supervisor and the employee.

Applications are reviewed as quickly as possible, usually within a few days. Field staff generally have one interview and start the following business day, and office staff generally have two-three interviews. Start date of course depends on if they have to give notice to a previous employer or not. The whole process can take from 3 days to 3 weeks.

It's because discrimination is avid within this company. Division 15 is the worst mechanical outfit I have ever worked for.

Generally two interviews for Office staff and one interview for Apprentices and Journeymen. Office interviews are with the General Manager, and the direct supervisor or manager.
