Management is VERY disorganized and they don't cary through with what they say they'll do. They play favourites and I've been on both sides. Neither one is fair.

Its the bussing industry, it seems is a bit different than the trucking industry. was enjoyable when I was there. The money was great. The hours were tough on the family.

Had to be sharp, watch for other drivers on the road Job was easy, hours were 50/50 good split shift , pre trips bus cleaning mandatory Would do another project if in the area.

Driver Operator (Ancien employé) - Dawson Creek, BC - 1 septembre 2017

The day starts pretty early but lucky I am a morning person, If you like working with people, this is the job. The management is always very helpful & go the extra distance to help you at C.N.R.L. The work place can have some challenges weather wise, Hot/Dusty/Cold days. I really don't see a hard part of this job, and the most enjoyable part of it is the new friend you can make from other parts of the country.
