Diversified and standard bus in chetwynd division has the worst manager .many have ever seen she should of never been put where she is seriously cannot make decisions on her own .can be very hard to get hold of or answers from .doesnt care about unsafe busses which they have many of if one wont drive it they well ask another until somebody does causing tensions among employees

Brutal work environment

Brutal work environment. You're treated extremely poorly by customers and management does nothing to rectify anything. You're constantly in unsafe situations while working at night, and receive a run around anytime you talk to anyone higher up about it. Below minimum wage with zero raises after any amount of time no matter how much you work or how hard you work. Promise of a pay increase after 3 months but it never happens. High turnaround of employees ( saw multiple people who had been there for 10 plus years quit because of the environment), in the few months I was there was multiple people who quit after being there for a week because of how little the hourly pay is for the amount of issues you have to deal with.

Company could be run much better

mine bus driver in oilsands (Ancien employé) - Calgary, AB - 20 mai 2022

10 core values only applies to drivers not management. Last 14 days working there had 8 different buses and 8 different routes. Double split shifts make it difficult to sleep. Management seems scared to make the simplest changes

I cleaned coaches all day and looked after our drivers. I enjoyed working with all my co-workers. We all tried to make it fun and enjoyable. The hardest part was muddy weather.
