Not a fun place to work
The owner gets up in the morning and decides the priorities for the day like its back in the 60’s, using the same technology. You will be in reaction mode every day as there is no planning from management on any level. Micromanaging employees is standard practice, so don’t expect to organize yourself. If you’re a professional and like to do things right away, this is not the place for you.Working and life balance is non-existent. There is no caring about employees! We had one physical phone for ten employees during the pandemic with no work from home despite the government mandatory regulations.Very high employee turnover, saw one person leave every week for 12 weeks straight. They left for better jobs and more money. Many problems especially at the trailer dept in MTL. Five people started and didn’t last the first two days. However, the staff or people that work there in general is nice to work with, they try and help you get through the day and there is always fresh coffee.Management and HR don't offer to pay for any courses or certifications. Could go a long way to help both employees and the company.Work here at your own risk.

Very depressing place to work
The manager only looks out for himself. The staff all make fun of him and openly disrespect him. Productivity and morale very poor. Not a place to build your career.

Workplace in General
Working at Dickie Moore Rentals was a great experience, for I learnt much while working there. Most of the staff was nice, helpful, and great overall. The hours are good and it pays well, and gives good benefits. Some of the management is good, others not so much. Have to be able to work well under pressure. Some days are slow some days are really busy.
