Avis d'employé sur Diamond Resorts

Worked as vacation counselor for Diamond Resorts for several weeks in Whistler, BC. but quit after I lost faith in the company, it's product and ethics.
Diamond's entire sales culture is built around deceptive presentations and high pressure techniques by supervising sales managers. They lie, lie and lie. 50% of Whistler staff quit over same issues. Check out Diamond Resorts BBB "F" rating and multiple class actions ongoing in the US and EU.
Stay Clear. Having this company on your resume is not positive.

not interested in this review. they did not follow through on anything promised and cut commissions in half one day after I started. was promised accommodation the day i started but didn't receive them until at least one month after start date. was forced to commute mid winter on a very dangerous road.
Great earning potential and constant training. Not for those who cannot sell. Lots of growth opportunity to work abroad. Very challenging targets and paid well when targets are hit but very little when you are not selling. All performance based.
DR is a sales only oriented company that do not care about anything but selling more to already unhappy customers. They have hundreds of law suits from clients that were lied to. This is an American greed only sales company that will abuse the elder if it means getting a sale. Angry upper management that threaten to close your site if you don't do better than the year before.
