Avis d'employé sur Dexterra
Great people to work for
If you are honest and upfront and committed to helping Dexterra they will help you and work with you. It may be slightly different from site to site but management will work with you and is extremely easy to communicate with. Management gets really busy and may be hard to get a hold of but there are supervisors you can get a hold of reliably. I showed up at my job site and did my work and was helped with things I missed and was never once in a position where I questioned my job security. The job was only as hard as I made it. Once you know what you are doing you'll be amazed at the skills simple cleaning will bring out. Only thing that was hard to work around was a 1 hour shift in the morning but it is 100% worth it.

Good managment, good supervisors, excellent coworkers, air conditioned areas to be cleaned
Worked in a hot factory
First of all the company is a joke, they do not give you any direction or help of any kind. Basically thrown to the wolves and fend for yourself kind of business ethic. The only help you get, is from co workers who are leaving in a day or two then it's blank you and good luck. The company does not even offer financial compensation for any extra work they force onto you from the clients. Please do not waste your time, effort, or energy applying to this worthless company.
Some good co workers
Nothing at all.
They pay 14 an hour the cleaners employed in the base make 20 dollars we clean on base too but they get away with paying us low ebecause of it being a contracted cleaning company . The managers pick favourites and so do the supervisors . They fire people that have health issues and bring in documentation but they let people steal and don drugs that work there . Overall wouldn’t recommend this place .
I worked in the evenings for 2 hours cleaning a accounting office by myself. I learned how to work alone or with others,Management was ok but did not see manager that often unless there was a complaint, which made me feel alone and unappreciated. Hardest part of my job was cleaning in the winter time. The most enjoyable part of my job was to know and hear from the people that i was doing a great job from them
