First I would hire a site superintendant (myself) that has government cleaning skills that can teach cleaners not only how to clean but give them the best equipment and chemicals SDS approved! Then teach them how to strip and wax; teach them how to properly steam clean carpets, entrance carpet runners🤗and steam clean bathrooms and or showers and exercise Black mats in physiotherapy and the rec center CFB Kingston Ontario then hire or teach site Supervisor how not only to supervise but teach them how to boost Moral of all the Cleaners and or team members to make it he best job for any one to want to go to work with Respect and Pride. Also have paid staff meetings once a month to bring out ideas of making any or all buildings the cleanest and Bio-Secrity is kept to 100 percent!!!
