Management’s responsibility is to ensure that the assets of the company are employed in the most effective and safe manner, having said that, the first and most important assets are the company’s employees who deliver the best effort to complete any and all tasks safely and effectively. I believe detailed instruction, frontline supervision and above all communication are the proven tools which produce the best results for any company.

Réponse du 6 janvier 2020NO . It's hard to get a day off though from what other employees have said. Can't be late or Ill . They'll argue with you if you need time off. Make you cover the work that is abandoned because staff doesn't show up. Very common to come to work and be alone. Supervisors spend all day driving around. Sitting in parking lots, eating. No help ever. Won't get rid of the lazy people, just expect the rest to take over and do 3 people's jobs, no extra pay. High high turnover. Don't come here!

Réponse du 31 décembre 2019I guess it would depend on each site. My site I usually receive either an email from the client or my DM, from there I personally relay the feedback to the employees.
