At DX the team is always seeking the most innovative and creative ways to engage the public sector about design and how it impacts our environment. I often provided information about companies and their innovative ways and how to incorporate their brand into DX programming was challenging however, fun. I learned something new each day.
Job application was unclear. Porters (who are expected to do constant heavy lifting) are given 30 minute lunches and then are expected to immediately begin working again with a full stomach. Shifts were far in few between due to Design Exchange hiring too many porters. Many of the higher level employees were especially snobby and pretentious. Do not work here.
Easy to get to (near union)
Lack of shifts, mismanagement of lower level employees
