Its a decent job

People are treated fairly. It is a union shop. Everyone gets along fairly well. The work is relatively easy. Safety is a main priority around the shop.

Cool jobs where you can be proud of what you build!

This is a good place to work. The factory is clean and focused on safety and quality. The benefits are really good with a health spending account which really helps. They even buy your boots. Most of the employees are pretty good to work with. I love what i do there and i feel like i really make a difference.

Great place to work

Poorly managed

Decent pay and benefits.. Very poorly managed..employees are treated as expendable. Management shows no intergrity and has no respect for employees, regardless of how many years of their lives they have wasted working for the company. I would not subject my worst enemy to this work environment.

Safe and Freindly place to work

Very safety orientated company. Good people working there. Union Shop. Very good pension and benefits. Lots of in house training to better your skills and its all paid for by the company.
