A great place to work with a team, management is very disorganized but the family environment makes up for it. Would recommend to anyone looking to make a carrier out of a contact Centre.

Dont even think of working for this company. Any positive reviews on this site were probably written by management to offset all the very bad reviews. Think twice before accepting a job here!

The job requires you to call out to customers remind them of maintenance services due. No incentives were offered. It did not make you want to go the extra mile for them.

Dealermine is a great company. The hours are fair, 9 hour shifts with an hour lunch and two 15 minute breaks. The starting wage is $14 an hour, they also just started a new incentive program where you earn commission. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Where this is a small company you get to know everyone. The only downfall is that drama travels fast in this job, which might happen everywhere

Management are very unprofessional they show a lot of favoritism over employees they are friends with. Very clicky among supervisors and coworkers both. Don't get on a supervisors bad side unless you plan on kissing some butt to make up otherwise they will bully and harass you and make your life he'll and aren't shy about doing so either, the whole office will know that you ticked one of them off.. They like to throw their weight around so just try staying on their good side lol

I worked at Dealermine for about a year. It started off a really great job but then transitioned into a typical call centre which ruined the relationship between business/customers and Appointment Coordinators. Management shows favouritism with other employees. They threaten your job and make you constantly feel like you’re not good enough. As well, there is zero support for mental health. I tried to open up to my managers and they instead told me why their life is worse than mine.

As far as call center’s go it’s one of the better ones. Dealermine is a family oriented business. We are not just a number in their eyes. The representatives are the backbone of the company therefore respected, valued, and appreciated.

when the client emails you to let you know that your no longer the lead contact ( this happened at 10:00 am ) instead of the site manager or your coach that sat beside you in the morning. I emailed the site manager at 11:00 am and at 4:50 pm was taken to site manager's office and the so called coach was there as well , she advised it was unfortunate you found out this way but your only 1 of 140 people and she was too busy to let me know. so I did what everyone should do. said I quit grabbed my stuff and left .

It is a good job if you like the call center atmosphere and doing the same thing over and over everyday.Allow you to work from home if your stats are good or if there is a snow storm.

Horrible place to work. provided the worst training then make you do way more work then your capable of and send you constant errors and complaints and rudley worded emails instead of trying to teach you to do better. constantly felt bullied and like you will be fired at any given time. A lot of the stuff you’ll be told in training will turn out to be very untrue. The management is very “clicky” you can definitely tell who is liked and isn’t. I would definitely save your time and find work elsewhere I wouldn’t recommend this job to anyone. It is stressful, unrewarding, uncomfortable and you have nobody that you can talk to regarding these issues but even if you did nothing would be done.

I have never considered working in a call centre, and have been here for almost a year. People are very friendly and the work environment is great!! I have never felt so included in a space like this! You meet so many different people, from other appointment coordinators, to management, to the one who runs it all! Which, lets be honest, doesn’t happen often in bigger companies! The hours aren’t 100%, however it is usually possible to work around certain things if an urgency arises. However, you could end up with a shift from 8-5 or 11-8, it depends on your preference!

I enjoyed the time I spent working at this company. The employees were very nice as well as considerate. I enjoyed scheduling maintenance for the vehicles as well as getting to know the owners of the dealerships.

I had the experience to move up in the company but did not get the promotion
Would recoment the job to another employee if they were looking for a dead end job without any advancement

it was a okay company, but unless you are friends with the supervisors it can be hard to work there. they want you to up sell but you don't get any compensation for that

When first starting, in depth knowledge of the automotive industry is not mandatory. Training is provided and covers all you need to know. Primary task is to contact clients for a particular automotive dealership, usually related to service due. High volume is expected while still maintaining accuracy and quality.

I seriously love the job and love my dealership more than anything, it is the office that is full of drama and gossip. I love the job on the other hand.

I work from home and have great support from my co-workers. I learned a lot about customer service. The management team is great and easy to talk to. Dealermine is a great company to work for.

Job is easy to learn, company easy to get along with. hours are great. Work form home option. Good training program. systems are easy to learn. if working from main office the facilities are new and up to date. I work form home so i can't really speak about co-workers but when I did work out of the office they were early to get along with, helpful, cheerful.

My day at this job was calling people to coordinate service appointments for their vehicles. I learned a bit about the automotive industry. My manager was great and treated me well, and i got along greta with coworkers. I left this job to seek other options as I felt it was going nowhere, but it was a good experience.
