Daily/Weekly meetings. However, more direct feedback will either come weekly between your team leader, or quarterly.
From my experience, they want what's best for you, and for the company. Learning to put your pride aside when you make a mistake, and realize that they're trying to help you is one of the most valuable skills I can recommend mastering.
Direct, open and honest. I can't think of many companies I've worked in or know of where an entry level or even temporary labor hire can walk up to the CEO for feedback and help when needed.
