Well technically I actually was in charge. I tried my best to provide transparency while using discretion as needed through working relationships.
My goal was to create an environment where all employees felt valued for their contributions and received encouraging guidance when looking to grow within the company.
I hope this has continued and been improved on since my time there. As well, I hope that the executive team learned from my mistakes and made an effort to improve work/life balance.
Must apply directly to company. dBrand does not list job openings online, nor do they advertise their office building phone number.
Comment les retours sur la performance sont-ils communiqués aux employés de dbrand?
Direct, open and honest. I can't think of many companies I've worked in or know of where an entry level or even temporary labor hire can walk up to the CEO for feedback and help when needed.
Constantly train your leaders about management especially communicating effectively within a team, if you truly want to grow team-wise, honest performance review/feedback is so important
